Long Beach Grand Cru Public Tasting

Crabfest IX
The Hungry Cat in Hollywood celebrates the annual crab fete with a menu of Chesapeake Bay blue crab and all the fixings. LA Lifts Up Half The Sky

First-Ever National Gay Blood Drive in LA
Since 1977, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has denied gay and bisexual men from donating blood. This Friday is the first‐ever nationwide blood drive to put pressure on the FDA to life their ban. Ryan James Yezak is capturing this on his feature‐length documentary about sexual, Second Class Citizens. The drive will take place nationally from 5 pm PST. As each donor tries to donate and rejected, their test result will be and delivered to the FDA. Roga at the Pier
Roga is the combo of running and yoga, of course. Happening every Saturday, the two-part session starts with a brisk two or five-mile run around the beach and pier.
